First Business

There were a few gliches with some of the Ipod's software.
I mentioned these problems to Joyce and she told me to return the problem Ipod's so that she could take a look at them.
I shipped them back to her, she detected the problems and promptly exchanged them for working units. Joyce also reported the problems to the factory so that corrections could be made.
I have not had any other problems with any of these mp4 players, they perform all of the functions of the Ipod Nano, for a fraction of the cost.I have given some to family members as gifts.
What could have been a negative experience was a positive one because of our prior communications and the level of trust that Joyce and I had built.
She knew that this was my first order and how important it was to me and our future business relationship.
